Playing with care when nobody sets the limit for you
Without a Danish licence there is no automatic brake. No MitID, no ROFUS check at login, no limit set in advance. All of it is yours to set up, and it takes five minutes on the evening you open the account.
This is the shortest page on the whole domain and the only one that matters if the playing has stopped being fun.
The limits you have to set by hand
On a site without a Danish licence the tools usually exist, but they are switched off from the start. Find them in the account settings, most often under responsible gambling, and set them the same evening you open the account:
- Deposit limit. An amount per day, week or month. Set it to the figure you
would say out loud to a friend.
- Loss limit. Often more effective than the deposit limit, because it
counts what is actually gone.
- Session time. A reminder, or a stop after a number of minutes.
- Time out. A temporary close on the account, typically from 24 hours to
several months.
- Closing the account. It always exists, including when it is hard to find.

ROFUS, briefly and honestly
ROFUS is the Danish register for voluntary exclusion from gambling. It works on sites with a Danish licence, and it works well. It does not reach a site without a Danish licence, because that site is not connected to the register.
That is information, not a recommendation. If you are registered in ROFUS, the reason has not disappeared because another site does not check the register. What helps is below, and this site has neither advice nor guidance on getting around an exclusion.

Three questions worth asking yourself
- Is the amount you are playing for this month an amount you had decided in
advance?
- Have you at any point deposited in order to win something back?
- Is there anybody you are not telling how much you play for?
